SOUTHGATE POLE SHED FRAMING COMPLETE AND ROOF STEEL IS GOING ON | JCB AND SONS
Southgate Pole Shed framing is complete and roof steel is going on | JCB & SONS. We have the framing complete and have installed the new steel vented cornice trims.
We had the new trusses custom made to match the existing roof perfectly.
We are really excited for you to see the new wall steel. We will be replacing all of it and changing the colour to really pop against the ivory trims and brown roof.
All the braces are installed on the new trusses to make a really incredibly strong roof system.
SOUTHGATE POLE SHED ADDITION FOR HONEY EXTRACTION | JCB AND SONS
Southgate Pole Shed Additon for Honey Extraction Shed. We started a very exciting project this fall for a Bee Keeper in Southgate who not only extracts honey but also raises hives. This project is for future Honey Extraction right on his own property.
We are adding a 25'-0" x 32'-0" addition to the existing Pole Shed his grandfather had put on the property.
The new addition walls are all ready for trusses.
The new engineered trusses are installed and we have begun tying the sheathing into the original building.
Check out the time lapse of our truss install on this project!!
WEST GREY, DURHAM BASEMENT RENOVATION, FRAMING, AND DRYWALL | JCB & SONS
West Grey, Durham Basement Renovation, Framing, and Drywall | JCB & SONS. We have been back at our place working like mad trying to get our basement, and office renovation done. We completed the installation of a brand new
and Duct Work and all the framing for the bulk heads, and have started the drywall.
You can see the main runs of duct work from our brand new
that feed fresh air to our home and remove the stale air, creating a very healthy environment for our family. We framed a bulk head around them to hide the ducting. We absolutely love our new spray foam insulation in the basement, it has been amazingly warm in our house during these freezing temperatures the last few weeks.
This is the utility room with updated plumbing, and a new
that we installed for emergency use.
Here you can see where we installed our new
in the basement bedroom closet. It will be easily accessible to clean the HRV filters every 3 month here and, to do yearly maintenance. It also was an ideal location to run the ducts and it was on an exterior wall so that we can access nice fresh air, and exhaust the stale air.
We now have our sewage pump all hooked up which will handle pumping the waste water from our basement bathroom when it's completed.
