SOUTHGATE POLE SHED FRAMING COMPLETE AND ROOF STEEL IS GOING ON | JCB AND SONS

 Southgate Pole Shed framing is complete and roof steel is going on | JCB & SONS.  We have the framing complete and have installed the new steel vented cornice trims.

 We had the new trusses custom made to match the existing roof perfectly.

 We are really excited for you to see the new wall steel.  We will be replacing all of it and changing the colour to really pop against the ivory trims and brown roof.

 All the braces are installed on the new trusses to make a really incredibly strong roof system.

ROOF FRAMING IS ALMOST DONE IN WEST GREY | JCB and SONS

Roof framing is almost done in West Grey | JCB & SONS.  The trusses are set and ready for fascia boards

 Look outs are installed and fascia boards are on.  We even have one side almost sheeted with new 1/2" Spruce Plywood.

Took the opportunity to take a picture of the new shingle roof and skylights we installed last September for this customer.

WEST GREY RAISING THE ROOF | JCB and SONS

This Durham home had a 2.5/12" roof pitch with gable ends. JCB & Sons built a new 6/12" roof pitch out of 2/12" rafters and gave the house brand new cottage style ends. They also built an entire new room overtop of the garage with an 8' dormer to look out at the water.

This was a really fun project which will help modernize the look of the entire home. It will also extend the life-time of the new shingles, strengthen the entire structure of the house and eliminate the need for shoveling the snow that accumulates each year around Christmas!

This is not the end of this renovation. A new front entrance has been designed and built. As well as new front windows and siding. However, you will have to wait until the New Year to see those photos.
