We custom made the door jambs in the shop to fit the wall thickness of this Hillsburg home as they aren't a standard thickness. We cut everything to width and than ran an 1/8" round over profile on the edges of all of the door jambs. All of our Pine doors and Millwork came from

All windows and doors have been painted Strassburger's Terra Tone on the outside. The windows are all vinyl, the doors are steel doors set in all vinyl jambs.

The lower portion is the front of the Commercial Space, the upper portion is an Apartment.

There was an addition removed from the back and a lot of brick repair work needed.
As you can see we have already started replacing the old rotten fascia and soffit. You can see the new fascia board and look outs added to give strength to the roof eave.
There were no steel lintels installed over openings and as you can see there is cracking.
The patio door will be removed here as structural repairs to the triple brick wall over the patio door are necessary due to the condition of the brick.
